When you book a Private Wine Tasting Experience, you will receive:

Pre-tasting consultation where we will discuss your vision, event format, select wines you would like to feature, and review specials requests or requirements.

We provide elegant wine tastings glasses for each guest, for all wines served. You have the option to add-on table décor, flatware, place settings, and additional tableware from our collections of beautiful, modern, and contemporary sets.

We will provide a wine host and any additional staff as needed. Your wine host will lead an exploration of the wines selected and can be as interactive or reserved as necessary.

We will clean up after the event and make sure your wine tasting experience was perfect.

We learn about your event's vision and format, discuss location, space, and logistics, select the wines, and choose add-ons to perfect the tasting.

To provide a seamless experience, we will coordinate all add-ons and ensure selected wines are in stock and ready for the event.

Day of Tasting Set-up
Our team will arrive at the chosen set-up time, ready the wines and set up the tasting space, and ensure all add-ons are in place.

DURING TASTING | CLEAN-UP
​During the Tasting
With the table set and menus in place, and any add-ons prepared, we will invite you to start the tasting. Your Wine Host will take you on an exploration of the chosen wines. Whether you choose to leisurely sip the wines or have a structured tasting, your Wine Host ensure all wines are labeled, introduced, provide history and education, set up wine games, or execute any tasting format desired.

Day of Tasting Clean-up
After the tasting concludes, our staff will clean the space, pack up any glasses or table settings, ensure dishes and trash are taken out, and promptly bid a good evening.

Price does not include the cost of wine. The wines will be discussed during the Pre-Tasting Consultation and will vary based on type of wine and quantity requested.
